Holly was a valued member of my public relations office at the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. Her duties during the launch of the extremely controversial safety and emissions program required the set up and coordination of several press events which she handled with ease because of her excellent relations with the Boston media. She was aggressive and thorough in her organization of these events and other projects such as the revision of the Massachusetts Drivers Manuel – the first revision in 20 years. The new manual won a national AAMVA award and has served as a model for several other states.
